Barry is a professional Civil Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in the road industry.  His experience includes asset management, design, construction, and maintenance of roads, bridges and related assets in both urban and rural areas.

Barry’s employment history includes 17 years working in various roles for VicRoads, 3 years in Local Government and 6 years for ConnectEast. Barry established Civinfra and since 2011 has worked as a consultant to government and industry with a focus on asset management.

Graham is a professional Civil Engineer with over 40 years’ experience in road management.  His experience includes asset management, design, construction, and maintenance of roads and bridges in both urban and rural regions.

Graham’s employment history includes 33 years with VicRoads undertaking a range of management, operational, planning and design roles. As a consultant he has worked for the past 9 years on a range of projects.  His consulting experience includes work in Fiji, Cambodia and India as a design specialist and a maintenance specialist. He has also worked in Victoria as a consultant to government and industry with a focus on asset management and project management. 

• CE, MIE(Aust), Professional Civil Engineer NPER, CPEng

Geoff is a professional Civil Engineer with over forty (40) years’ experience in Victoria Australia. The fields he has worked in cover roads bridges and buildings, including over 10 years in oil and gas with Esso Australia at long Island Point Hastings.

As a registered building practitioner (RBP) in the Civil Engineering category (EC) he has worked extensively in structures and architectural design. He has a particular interest in bridges having a grounding in bridge construction in his time as a VicRoads employee and later as a consultant involved in the design of some 200 bridges for government departments, rural councils and private industry in NE Victoria.

• MAIQS Bachelor of Building (University of Melbourne)

A Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Engineer with extensive experience in both the Defence and Construction sectors of Major Infrastructure Projects.

Recognised for strong understanding of the project cost base coupled with management and business metrics providing the business with sound understanding of performance and trends to the business. Ability to provide simplified analysis, measurement and relationships to complex project financial models to something that is easily digestible. Significant experience in cost planning and feasibility and business impacts of major projects.

• Certificate of Technology – Survey Drafting, RMIT 1985
• Level 2 – Bridge Inspection

Steve is a qualified Draftsman with over 25 years’ drafting experience working in the state government, local government and private sectors.

Since 2011 he has been employed by Civinfra as a Senior Technical Officer. The role has led Steve to undertaking a significant variety of technical and engineering assistant duties including feature survey, structure inspections, asset data collection, drafting, road design and quantity take-offs.
